- Retired after 25 years from the Fire Service in the Kansas City Metropolitan area as a Captain;
- Licensed in 2002 I have worked with Helene as her personal assistant. Helping her with our Clients in all capacities;
- For our FHA Buyers, I did the repairs that FHA called for to help our Buyers obtain the home of their dreams;
- As our client base grew, I began to show homes to our Buyers. When they found their home, Helene would use her experience and knowledge to write the contract and negotiate the transaction;
- For our Sellers, I assist them in answering questions and in helping in anyway to prepare for the sale of their home. I also assist Donna, our Home Staging Consultant, in moving furniture or what ever she needs so that the property shows well to prospective Buyers.

- Leann has been in the Real Estate Business for the past 2 years working with various agencies. She recently decided to join The Helene Easterday Team, and we are very fortunate.
- Leann’s duties are to oversee the daily workings of the office as well as day-to-day correspondence and be in close contact with our clients. She will use her knowledge and experience to answer the many questions that can arise.
- One of the great benefits that she brings to our Team is her skill at marketing. Marketing all of our listings for maximum exposure and to better find Buyers.
- She is also a great liaison, when Helene is out on appointments, Leann is available to assist our clients with many of their needs.
DONNA PALMER
STAGING CONSULTANT:
- Selling a home in today’s market needs to show at its best. No longer can you just put a sign up, take a few pictures, and poof, your home is sold. Donna is excellent at preparing a home to show at its best, to really bring out the warmth and beauty of a home.
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR:
- A transaction Coordinator handles the file from the time the contracts are signed to Closing. She keeps in touch with our client walking them through the closing process. Ensuring that our clients have the guidance to be prepared for closing and their move to their new home.
- *Provides lists of Utilities that need to be changed, sets up closing dates and times, ensures that the inspections, deposit checks, and basically everything in the contract is followed and completed. Our clients have found their experience with Patricia very helpful on their way to the Closing Table in which reduces the stress of Buying or Selling a home.
MORTGAGE LENDERS:
- In today’s market, it is very important to have lenders that WILL deliver. Lenders that are available when we need them. To have programs that will best fit and benefit our Clients needs.
- We only use Mortgage Lenders that work FOR our clients. The Service that is provided to our clients is second to none. We don’t use 8 to 5, Monday through Friday lenders. If we find a home at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon, we need to know what the payments will be, we can find out from our lenders. If our Buyers want to shop around for a lender that is fine, we suggest that they do, so they know that our Mortgage Professionals that we use are working for our Clients best interest.
HOME INSPECTORS:
- As in any field, some are better than others. My experience has shown me the ones that have the Clients best interest at heart. These are the ones that we can suggest to our Clients.
